READ THIS:
The installer is in english, I will not help you get the game installed.
The game requires japanese locale, by now you should know how to set that up.
Start the game with SB3Plus.exe (This is important since it’s the only way to access the expansion characters)
Some users might get an error saying SB3Plus.exe has stopped working, just click close and run the file again, after a few tries it will work.
To install additional clothes and mods, run SB3 Wizzard included in the update, select the mods you want to install and click ‘Apply Mod’.
(Some people may experience problems with the wizzard, make sure you have .net framework updated, you could also try moving the wizzard to the install location)
